Precision Goose Creek Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation and air sealing services in Goose Creek, SC and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, and related air sealing work.
Availability of specific services and service areas is subject to change without notice. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services. Service engagements are formed through written estimates and separate project agreements with the customer.
All price estimates provided by Precision Goose Creek Insulation are based on conditions observed during an on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may vary from the estimate if conditions discovered during the project differ materially from what was observed at the time of assessment. Any price changes will be communicated to you before additional work is performed, and you will have the opportunity to approve or decline.
Estimates provided verbally or via email are preliminary only and are not binding until confirmed in a written project agreement signed by both parties.
Once a project start date is confirmed, we reserve crew time and materials for your job. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee as described in your project agreement. Precision Goose Creek Insulation reserves the right to reschedule projects due to unsafe weather conditions, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Payment terms are stated in your project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment fee as specified in your project agreement. Precision Goose Creek Insulation reserves the right to suspend or discontinue work on projects with outstanding unpaid balances.
Precision Goose Creek Insulation stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Any workmanship warranty applicable to your project will be described in your project agreement. Material warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, fire, pest infestation, structural movement, or modifications made to the insulated areas by others after project completion.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF INFORMATION ON THE SITE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Goose Creek Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service project shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific project.
